Easy tips to spruce up a room...

(None of these tips are earth -shattering in their originality . Rather, I chose these three simply because out of all the tips/diy ideas out there I think these will give you the quickest, prettiest results in the shortest amount of time with minimal effort. )

My all time favorite and super easy tip to zhuzh up a space? paint! We often have a hodgepodge of accessories in our house that might not necessarily go together (frames, baskets etc) and the easiest way to make them all look cohesive is simply painting them the same color.

My favorite colors are Benjamin Moore White Dove, Barren Plains, Classic Grey and Intense White.

For outdoor furniture Rust-oleum is the way to go.

Below is a corner of my living room where I painted my flower pot and basket a bright cheerful white.

One more easy tip that I didn't mention in the video is to add trim to curtains. You can take any simple, solid store bough curtain and completely change it by simply adding some trim to it. My favorite is greek key trim, classic and timeless.
